Service Description

This is a 1-hour visit with ONE character of your choice that includes: - Interactive Story Time - Sing Along - Royal Lesson - 20 minutes of free play time where your child may choose an activity to do with the character - Choice of Tea Party OR Craft OR Mini Make-Over (To replace free play time with another activity there will be an additional charge) This package is suitable for up to 4 children. This package is NOT suitable for birthdays or large groups. This package includes ONE character. You may add on up to 2 characters to this package for an additional $100 per character, subject to availability. Entire amount due at booking, but the mileage fee and any additional add-ons will be billed to you in a later invoice. Mileage fees are calculated from Pittsburgh PA 15217 OR Boston, MA 02210. 1-25 miles ($0) 25-35 miles ($15 flat) 35-45 miles ($25 flat) 45-55 miles ($35 flat) 55-65 miles ($45 flat) 65+ miles (please contact us for pricing)

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your event we will reschedule the date or time and apply your entire payment to another date/time as a one-time courtesy. These arrangements must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to your event. Any changes made after that time will result in a partially-refundable cancellation. An event can only be rescheduled once. You can cancel your event and receive a full refund up to 7 days before your event. Any cancellations occurring less than 7 days in advance will result in a $50.00 Cancellation fee taken out of your initial payment. Once you place your booking you CANNOT make any location changes. Please also note, we cannot guarantee that a specific performer will be available for your party. Please do not request specific performers.
