Create a magical holiday moment with a one-family, private Elf Visit. Your elf arrives as a gentle, whimsical messenger from the North Pole, playful, curious, and fully committed to “playing along” as if they are your family’s personal Elf on the Shelf. Special requests and inside jokes are welcomed to make the moment uniquely yours. What’s Included: 1. Elf Arrival Greeting: Your elf appears in classic Elf-on-the-Shelf attire, peeking around corners and entering with soft, playful curiosity (just like the elf your child believes in) 2. Naughty/Nice List Moment: Your elf reviews the North Pole list with your child, shares gentle encouragement, and celebrates good deeds. (Always kind, supportive, and personalized.) 3. Holiday Story Time: A short, engaging holiday tale told in character to keep little ones captivated. 4. Magic Wish Moment: A quiet, heartfelt wish ritual where your child makes a Christmas wish with the elf’s magic bell or gesture. (No glitter unless requested.) 5. Elf Inspection of Decorations: Your elf explores your home’s décor just like a real North Pole scout (curious, impressed, and occasionally silly) making children feel like their space has been “officially approved.” 6. Candy Cane Treat: A simple, classic holiday treat handed out during the visit. 7. Photo Time: Ample time for adorable posed and candid photos. 8. North Pole Report Note: Your elf leaves behind a small “report back to Santa” scroll or note for parents to keep as a special memory. Notes & Details: - Visit Length: 30 minutes — short, sweet, and perfectly paced for little ones. - Family Size: Best for up to 1–4 children for maximal interaction. - Elf Style: Your elf arrives in traditional Elf-on-the-Shelf attire and will “play along” as if they are your family’s actual elf. - Special Requests: Personalized messages, funny elf behaviors, or family-specific details are encouraged and will be incorporated into the performance. - Travel: Travel fees are billed separately at $0.70 per mile round trip from Hull, MA 02045 (up to a 65-mile service radius). - Holiday Premium: A $100 premium applies to visits scheduled on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Price: $195 per visit.
Cancellation Policy
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your time slot. It is refundable only with 14+ days’ notice. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. • Final payment is due 24 hours before your event via the invoice link. • Late Booking Fee: $50 applies to bookings made with less than 7 days’ notice. • Rescheduling: – Allowed with 14+ days’ notice for a $25 fee, pending availability. – Emergencies only within 14 days (no fee, subject to availability). • Travel Fees: – $0.70/mile round trip from Hull, MA (will travel up to 65 miles). – $25/hour added for extra travel beyond 1 hr per performer. • Supervision: Adults must be present. Performers may not be touched. • Safety: If a performer feels unsafe, they may leave. No refunds issued. • Outdoor Events: Have an indoor backup plan. Rescheduling due to weather depends on availability. • Damages: Client is responsible for any damage to costumes or equipment. • Photos: We may take event photos for promotion. Let us know if you prefer otherwise.
