What's Included? - Royal Guest: One character of your choice will grace your party, captivating the children with their charm and elegance. - Interactive Story Time: Our character will share captivating tales from their enchanted world, creating a magical story time experience. - Royal Lesson: Imbued with values and life lessons, the character-themed lesson will inspire and empower the little ones. - Coronation Ceremony: The birthday child will take center stage in a special character-themed coronation ceremony. - Birthday Child Gifts: To remember this special day, the birthday child will receive a tiara, a simple sash, a memorable certificate, and an autograph book signed by the character. - Celebration Song: The visit will end with the character leading a cheerful rendition of the 'Happy Birthday' song. - Photos & Autographs: Capture this unforgettable experience with plenty of photo opportunities and autographs. Extra Details: For larger parties, an additional charge of $5 per child applies beyond the 20th guest. Enhance the magic with additional characters at $50 per character, subject to availability. Booking & Fees: - Full payment is due at the time of booking. - Mileage fees calculated from Pittsburgh PA 15217 apply as follows: 1-25 miles ($0) 25-35 miles ($15 flat) 35-45 miles ($25 flat) 45-55 miles ($35 flat) 55-65 miles ($45 flat) 65+ miles (please contact us for pricing) Mileage fees and add-on costs will be billed in a later invoice.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your event we will reschedule the date or time and apply your entire payment to another date/time as a one-time courtesy. These arrangements must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to your event. Any changes made after that time will result in a partially-refundable cancellation. An event can only be rescheduled once. You can cancel your event and receive a full refund up to 7 days before your event. Any cancellations occurring less than 7 days in advance will result in a $50.00 Cancellation fee taken out of your initial payment. Once you place your booking you CANNOT make any location changes. Please also note, we cannot guarantee that a specific performer will be available for your party. Please do not request specific performers.
