Service Description

This is a 2 hour venue rental at 2021 Murray Ave Pittsburgh, PA 15217 . Table seating: Available for up to 20 children/guests Couch Seating: Available for up to 10 adults/guests (Maximum 30 guests in venue at a time. You're welcome to switch out adults or children but please take note of the available seating arrangements) What is included: - Party Host will be available to help set up, clean up, and announce character arrival - Outdoor Sign directing your guests to the party location - Choice of Table Set Up (a). two 8ft tables seating 20 children/guests OR (b). five 36in tables seating 20 children/guests - China & Dishware with Table Decor - Balloon Arch/Photo Area - Set Up & Clean up - Dessert Table & Counter Space for BYO food items - Refrigerator, Microwave - Coffee & Tea for Adults - To Go Containers for guests - Bluetooth Speaker - Restroom, Changing table - A character of your choice to celebrate with your child for one hour - Themed Craft - Tiara, Sash, and Certificate for Birthday Child - Access to toys What is NOT included: - Food & Drink (Please bring your own) What to expect: - Party host will be there to greet you 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. The party host will assist you in setting up food items and any last minute details as well as help clean up. Party host will not be present for your party. - You will have free use of the venue for the entire 2-hour duration with the exception of the back room which is reserved for staff members only. - Please note guests are not permitted to use the make-over stations without supervision, nor are the make-over stations included with the 2-hour venue rental. - Character Entertainment will last for one hour - At the end of your rental, the party host will assist in providing guests with to-go containers and begin clean up. Please note that overstaying past the 2-hour mark can not be acommodated without ample notice due to other scheduled parties. - At the conclusion of your venue rental, you will be provided with a 30-minute window for item retrieval and cleanup. Please note that any remaining items will be either discarded or relocated to our lost and found area. Booking & Fees: - $250 deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposit will be put towards your final cost. - Additional rental time is $150/hr - Additional characters are $100/hr per character - Make-Overs are not included in this package, nor can they be added due to the nature of this package.
