The Wonder Visit is a full hour of one-on-one enchantment, perfect for families seeking a meaningful experience beyond the birthday party format. Whether it’s a milestone, a surprise, or simply a moment to connect, this visit allows your child to truly bond with their fairytale friend. Your Chosen Fairytale Friend Will: • Enchanted Entrance (3 min): Arriving in character with warmth and excitement • Interactive Story Time (15 min): Sharing a magical tale with gestures, voices, and heart • Sing-Along or Dance (10 min): A musical moment or movement activity based on your child’s comfort and age • Themed Activity or Mini Craft (15 min): Creating something special together (simple craft or hands-on play, if requested) • Photos & Keepsake Moment (12 min): One-on-one photo time, hugs, and an optional small token or message • Sweet Farewell (5 min): A loving goodbye with final magical words and wishes 💫 This Visit Is Perfect For: • A quiet surprise playdate just for one child or siblings • A magical way to reveal a trip to Disney • A gentle way to announce a new big brother or big sister • A reward for reaching a personal milestone (like potty training or starting school) • A comforting visit after a big change (new home, tough week, divorce, etc.) • A moment of encouragement before a medical appointment or big transition • A character-led gender reveal or special message delivery • A personalized holiday or seasonal visit without a crowd • A bonding experience for siblings or blended families • A cozy visit for a shy child who prefers one-on-one time • A sleepover treat or rainy-day rescue • A meaningful gift-from-parent moment delivered in character • A heartwarming “just because” surprise — no occasion needed Payment Details: The total for this visit is $225. A 50% deposit of $112.50 is required to reserve your visit. The remaining balance, plus Massachusetts service tax (6.25%), totals $119.53, due prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your time slot. It is refundable only with 14+ days’ notice. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. • Final payment is due 24 hours before your event via the invoice link. • Late Booking Fee: $50 applies to bookings made with less than 7 days’ notice. • Rescheduling: – Allowed with 14+ days’ notice for a $25 fee, pending availability. – Emergencies only within 14 days (no fee, subject to availability). • Travel Fees: – $0.70/mile round trip from Hull, MA (will travel up to 65 miles). – $25/hour added for extra travel beyond 1 hr per performer. • Supervision: Adults must be present. Performers may not be touched. • Safety: If a performer feels unsafe, they may leave. No refunds issued. • Outdoor Events: Have an indoor backup plan. Rescheduling due to weather depends on availability. • Damages: Client is responsible for any damage to costumes or equipment. • Photos: We may take event photos for promotion. Let us know if you prefer otherwise.
