Next Steps in the hiring process...

Audition Invitation

Once we get your initial email, you will be asked to record an audition video with the following items:

  • 16 Bar Cut Song: Please perform a 16-bar cut of a princess song that showcases your vocal abilities and stage presence. Feel free to choose a song that resonates with you.

  • 16-Count Dance Routine: If you have dance experience, we'd love to see a 16-count dance routine. Ballet is preferred if you have expertise in this style.

  • Short Monologue: Share a brief monologue that highlights your acting skills and ability to bring a character to life.

Interview

During this stage, you will participate in an interview with our hiring team to assess your qualifications and suitability for the role.

Job Offer

At this point, you will be presented with a formal job offer that outlines the terms and conditions of your employment.

Casting & Costume Fitting 

In this phase, you will have individual meetings with our Training Coordinator, Costuming Specialist, and Creative Director to confirm your assigned roles, undergo a costume fitting, and have test portraits captured.

Training

During this phase, you will meet with the owner to review company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will participate in group sessions led by our Training Coordinator and Costuming Specialist. These sessions are structured to help you become proficient in portraying your chosen character effectively. Our goal is to ensure that you are well-prepared and knowledgeable in all aspects of your role. Ongoing training will be recommended as you gain new roles. 

At Ever After Events, we offer competitive pay rates for our performers, ranging from $50 to $150 per hour. We understand the value of your talent and expertise, and we compensate accordingly.

Our approach to compensation is designed to recognize your skills and experience. We provide opportunities for growth and advancement within our company, including the potential for pay increases as you gain more experience.
