Ever After Events Booking Policies We are excited to bring the magic of princesses to your celebration! Please take a moment to read through our updated booking policies to ensure a seamless and delightful experience. 1. Booking and Payment •Payment: Full payment is required 24 hours prior to your event. An invoice will be sent to your email, and payment can be made online through the provided link. •No Deposit: We do not require a deposit at the time of booking. However, please note that failure to make full payment within 24 hours of the party may result in cancellation. 2. Late Booking Fee •Booking Notice: We kindly request at least 7 days' notice for all bookings. •Late Bookings: For any bookings made with less than 7 days' notice, a $50 late booking fee will apply. This ensures we can properly prepare for your event. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations •Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event up to 48 hours before the event date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a $25 fee. •Cancellations: While we don’t require a deposit, cancellations within 24 hours of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total event cost. 4. Travel Fees •Travel Radius: We travel up to a total of 65 miles from our base location in Hull, MA. Travel will incur a travel fee of $0.50 per mile, which will be added to your invoice. •Mileage Fees: Travel outside the 65-mile total will incur additional charges of $25/hr spent driving 5. Party Duration and Overtime •Party Duration: Each party package includes a specific duration. If additional time is required, please arrange this in advance to ensure performer availability. •Overtime: Requests for additional time on the day of the event are subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate. 6. Performer Safety and No Touching Policy •Adult Supervision: Adults must be present at all times, but performers should not be touched by any adults. This policy ensures the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of the performance. •Health & Safety: In the event that a performer’s safety is compromised, they reserve the right to leave, and no refunds will be issued. 7. Weather-Related Changes •For outdoor events, we recommend providing an indoor backup plan. Rescheduling due to inclement weather is subject to availability. 8. COVID-19 Precautions •We follow all local health guidelines. If you or any of your guests experience symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your event. 9. Photo Release •We may take photos and videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your event photographed, please notify us in advance. 10. Damages •The client is responsible for any damages to costumes or equipment caused by guests during the event. 11. Special Requests •If you have any special requests such as additional performers, unique themes, or specific activities, please let us know during the booking process, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Ever After Events Cancellation Policy At Ever After Events, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to offer flexibility while maintaining transparency in our cancellation policy. 1. Full Refund If you cancel your event seven (7) days or more before the scheduled date, you are eligible for a 100% refund (emergencies excluded). If Ever After Events must cancel, you will receive a 100% refund via your original payment method. 2. Cancellation Fee Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee (emergencies excluded). 3. Refund Process Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 3-7 business days. 4. No-Show Policy In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation notice, no refund will be issued. 5. Rescheduling We understand that circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. 6. Party & Event Photography Disclosure At Ever After Events, we know how important it is to capture the magic of your child's special day. To help you cherish these memories, we may take photographs and videos during our events. Our Commitment Privacy: We respect your privacy and will always seek permission before taking any close-up shots or capturing sensitive moments. Consent: Consent will be requested during the booking process and at the start of the event, ensuring we follow your preferences regarding photography and videography. Non-Intrusive: Our goal is to remain as unobtrusive as possible, capturing candid moments while ensuring children and guests can fully enjoy the event. Parental Choices You have the freedom to choose: Opt-In: You can allow our photographer or videographer to capture key highlights and candid moments, which will be shared with you for personal use. Opt-Out: If you prefer no photographs or videos, simply inform us during booking, and we will respect your wishes. Social Media Sharing Some of the images or videos taken may be shared on our social media platforms or website to showcase our events. If you have any concerns or would prefer to opt out of social sharing, please let us know during the booking process or before the event. Your Comfort Matters Your child’s happiness and your peace of mind are our top priorities. Coupon Use Policy At Ever After Events, LLC, we are pleased to provide our customers with savings opportunities through the use of coupons. To maintain fairness and transparency, we adhere to the following guidelines for coupon use: Policy Details: One Coupon Per Booking: Each booking is eligible for only one (1) coupon. Customers must choose which coupon to apply at the time of booking. Once a booking is confirmed, the coupon choice cannot be changed. Combining Coupons: Coupons cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions unless specifically stated otherwise. Coupon Conditions: All coupons are subject to the terms and conditions specified on the coupon or associated promotional material. These may include expiration dates, eligible services or products, and minimum purchase requirements. Redemption Process: To redeem a coupon, customers must enter the applicable code during checkout or present the coupon at the time of booking, following the instructions provided. Non-Transferable: Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary compensation. Modifications & Availability: Ever After Events, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue coupons at any time. Code of Conduct: Our code of conduct is designed to promote and preserve a safe, welcoming, and magical environment for all who attend and participate in our activities. ​ Ever After Events expects that all guests, children and adults, will: Be considerate and respectful to staff members and other participants. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior, materials, gestures, and speech. Speak up if they observe anything at an event that conflicts with this Code of Conduct. If you are being harassed or feel uncomfortable, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the EAE staff immediately. ​ UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR Unacceptable behavior from any guest will not be tolerated. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech, materials, or conduct by any Participants of the event and related event activities.  Violence, threats of violence, or violent language directed against another person. Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory jokes and language. Personal insults, particularly those related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability. Inappropriate photography or recording. Taking of photos within the event environment for use on social media, without the prior permission of the individuals or owners of the content therein. Any boisterous, lewd, or offensive behavior or language, including but not limited to using sexually explicit or offensive language, materials or conduct, or any language, behavior, or content that contains profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious, or ethnic slurs. ​ CONSEQUENCES OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a Participant engages in unacceptable behavior, Ever After Events may take any action it deems appropriate, including leaving the event with no refund. EAE may also, in its reasonable discretion, temporarily ban or permanently expel a Participant from attending future events or booking services. ​ WHAT TO DO IF YOU WITNESS OR ARE SUBJECTED TO UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR If you are subjected to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subjected to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify EAE event staff or contact EAE's CEO as soon as possible. EAE event staff will be available to assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of the event. All reports will remain completely confidential.

Liabilities & Insurance: Insurance Provider: Ever After Events, LLC is insured through Hiscox Insurance. By booking or attending an event, you specifically release Ever After Events from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to their participation in your event. You acknowledge that Ever After Events, LLC and all its employees, independent contractors and affiliates are not responsible for any damages occurring to or on your property from their participation in your event. By booking your event, you agree to give consent to Ever After Events and its authorized representatives, granting them permission to photograph and/or video record their participation in this event. You further agree that all photographs and materials recorded may be used in any form, as part of any future publication, video, brochure and or other printed material for promotion. Ever After Events, LLC. has your permission to use your or your child’s photograph publicly to promote the company. You understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. You also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to you by reason of such use. Please email us prior to booking if you do not agree with this and we will work with you. By booking your event you give consent for your child(ren) to participate in makeup, face-paint, temporary tattoo, or hair up-do application. You hereby acknowledge that while the application of makeup is generally regarded as safe, that allergies, or reactions to makeup products (including, but not limited to: cream makeups, liquid latex, spirit gum, spirit gum remover and all other makeup products), and mistreatment of makeup products and tools by my child can result in injury. You have carefully considered all risks involved in this activity, and hereby agree to hold Ever After Events, LLC and their respective employees/students harmless for all personal injury to your child which could result from participation in this service. You hereby acknowledge that all brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by yourself to an Ever After Events staff member prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may need to be performed on the skin to test reaction. You understand that Ever After Events, LLC and their respective employees and or students are not held responsible for complications that may result in leaving the event without assisted removal of product including, but not limited to: cream makeups, liquid latex, spirit gum, spirit gum remover and all other makeup products. By booking your event, you understand that performers of Ever After Events cannot perform in rain, snow, sleet, etc. Doing so causes damage to costumes and wigs. If you do not provide adequate shelter for performers during the duration of their performance, you are fully liable for the cost of fixing and/or replacing the damaged costume pieces. Keep in mind, just one costume piece may cost upwards of $1000.00. By booking your event you acknowledge that you are liable for cost of fixing, cleaning, or replacing any costume items that are damaged during their party (the “Fine”); Causes of damage include but are not limited to dirt stains, grass stains, stainable food items, non washable paints, non washable markers, children, rips and tears, etc. Client will be billed for any damages occurring to Ever After Events' property via invoice that will be due no later than one week following your party; in no circumstances will you owe any amounts in excess of the Fine to Ever After Events.  COVID-19 By booking your event with us you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that your child(ren) and you maybe exposed to or infected by COVID-19  and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, Ever After Events' employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to your child(ren) or yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you or your child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with your child(ren)’s attendance  participation in Ever After Events programming (“Claims”). On your behalf, and on behalf of your children, you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Ever After Events, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Ever After Events, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Ever After Events program. Staff Health & Safety Measures By booking your event you agree that all EAE staff members may only perform outdoors when the temperature is between 50 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit with the exception of “Mermaid Pool Parties” packages. If at any time a staff member feels that their health is being compromised due they are free to leave and Client will not be reimbursed. By booking your event with us you understand that we reserve the right to leave your party if there are any inappropriate advances, comments, etc from anyone at your party. No refunds will be issued if this is the case and performer is not required to stay the full duration of party. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OUR STAFF IF ADULTS ARE ENJOYING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES DURING YOUR PARTY. Any inappropriate conduct from guests at your party towards staff will result in our staff leaving your party with no refunds. ​ ​
