As the leaves begin to change and the air turns crisp, join us for a heartwarming Autumn Harvest Dinner hosted by the beloved Snow sisters, the Snow Queen and Snow Princess. Gather your family for a memorable evening filled with enchantment and seasonal delights.

Feast on Seasonal Flavors:Indulge in a delectable buffet featuring the rich and savory tastes of the autumn season. From hearty soups to scrumptious desserts, our culinary team is crafting a menu that celebrates the harvest.

Royal Encounters:Elsa and Anna will grace you with their royal presence, sharing stories of sisterhood, singing enchanting songs, and creating magical moments with your family.

Create Cherished Memories:Engage in autumn-themed activities, enjoy one-on-one time with the princesses, and capture memories that will warm your heart.

Ticketing Options:

Early Bird Pricing:

• General Child Admission: $55 per child Includes meal, activities, and Autograph Book for child.

• VIP Child Admission: $80 per child Includes meal, activities, VIP princess sash, Autograph Book, and a group photo with all characters at the end of the event.

• General Adult Admission: $45 per person Includes meal, activities, and Autograph Book for child.

Regular Pricing:

• General Child Admission: $65 per child Includes meal, activities, and Autograph Book for child.

• VIP Admission: $90 per child Includes meal, activities, VIP princess sash, Autograph Book, and a group photo with all characters at the end of the event.

• General Adult Admission: $55 per person Includes meal, activities, and Autograph Book for child.

Event Schedule:

5PM - Doors Open, Unassiged/Open Seating

5:30PM - Meal Begins

6PM - Musical Entrances & Meet & Greets

6:45PM - Meal Ends

7PM - Interactive Activities

7:30PM - Group Portraits for VIP Guests

About the Venue:Nestled in the heart of Wexford, our charming venue, the Camelot, provides a cozy and inviting setting for your autumn celebration. Whether it's an intimate family gathering or a festive affair, we ensure a memorable experience.

Important Details:

  • Each attendee must have a ticket, except for children under the age of 1.
  • Children under 1 can sit on a parent's lap or in a stroller/carseat. Please note that they won't be served dinner.
  • Tickets must be purchased in advance, with no on-site sales available. All ticket prices include tax & gratuity. Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to a future event.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child(ren) throughout the event.
  • Our venue strictly follows health and safety protocols. Performers will not be wearing masks, having passed health screenings.
  • Masks are optional but encouraged for attendees, especially if unwell.
  • EAE reserves the right to refuse entry at their discretion, with a focus on health and safety.
  • By participating, you grant Ever After Events permission to use event photos for advertising purposes.
  • Event photos will be available digitally within 4 weeks after the event, accessible via email.
