Service Description
Add a sparkle of fairytale charm to your celebration with our Princess Hair Styling Station: a whimsical, entertainment-based experience where each guest is transformed with a touch of magic. Two costumed Fairies will flutter into your event, bringing along their enchanted brushes, ribbons, and glitter. With gentle hands and kind hearts, they will help each child feel like royalty by choosing a look from our Fairytale Hair Menu and getting them ready for the ball. Fairytale Hair Menu Includes: 1. Royal Bun: A timeless high bun adorned with a mini tiara, perfect for any royal ball 2. Mermaid Fishtail: A breezy, ocean-kissed style with flowing hair and a seashell or starfish clip 3. Enchanted Half-Updo: Soft and romantic with ribbon and a sparkling tiara, perfect for book lovers and gentle dreamers 4. Arabian Pony: A playful bubble ponytail wrapped in ribbons and finished with a jeweled headband 5. Fairytale Braid: A long magical braid with floral touches, the longer the hair, the more enchanting the look 6. Winter Braid: A shimmering icy-inspired braid finished with sparkling snowflake clips 7. Warrior Bun: A bold high bun wrapped with ribbon and crowned with a flower hairpiece fit for the fiercest princess 8. Fairy Hair: Loose flowing hair sprinkled with strands of shimmering tinsel ✨Details: - All styling is done gently and completely dry - No heat, cutting, or wet tools are used - Includes all hair accessories, soft brushes, and optional fairy glitter - The Hair Menu is presented to each child during their magical makeover moment ⚠️ Requirements & Limitations: - Setup & cleanup require a 15-minute buffer before and after the styling session. Please ensure the styling area is free of children during that time. - Children must arrive with clean, dry, and fully detangled hair - Fairies cannot style tangled, wet, or unwashed hair - Please prepare hair before your event to ensure a smooth and magical experience - This is a performance-based experience - At this time, we are only able to style straight or loosely wavy hair types. We are hoping to expand our magic to all textures as we grow - This service must take place indoors only
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellations Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. Bookings may be canceled at any time. • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee availability for alternate dates. Late Bookings A $50 late booking fee applies to bookings made with fewer than 7 days’ notice. Timing & Access If a performer arrives late due to circumstances within Ever After Events’ control, they will still provide the full duration booked. If a performer is delayed due to client-related issues (late access, locked locations, venue delays), the booked time will still apply and cannot be extended or refunded. Travel & Service Area Travel is included in your package price for events within 65 miles or up to 1 hour of travel from Hull, MA. Events exceeding 65 miles or 1 hour of travel will incur: • $25 per hour per performer for extended travel time • $0.70 per mile round trip beyond the included service area Supervision & Conduct A responsible adult must remain present for the duration of the event. To ensure performer safety and costume integrity, physical contact with performers must be child-initiated and age-appropriate only (such as hugs, high-fives, or hand-holding). Performers may not be restrained, lifted, pulled, or touched inappropriately. Parents and guardians are welcome to participate in the experience while helping maintain a safe and respectful environment. Performers cannot lift children, provide childcare, or engage in physical activities beyond light, age-appropriate interaction. Health Considerations For the health and safety of all guests and staff, performers may modify interactions if a child is visibly ill. Safety Policy If a performer feels unsafe or encounters inappropriate behavior, they reserve the right to leave the event immediately. No refunds will be issued in these situations. Outdoor Events & Weather Outdoor bookings require a confirmed indoor backup plan. Ever After Events reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases,
