An hour of joy, sparkle, and make-believe crafted for a birthday as magical as your child. Perfect for ages 3–5, this 60-minute experience is ideal for preschoolers ready for a bit more engagement. It blends storybook charm with interactive fun, keeping little ones delighted and enchanted from start to finish. Your Chosen Fairytale Friend Will: • Grand Entrance (2 min): A graceful, high-energy arrival in full character • Interactive Story Time (10 min): A magical tale brought to life with voices, expressions, and child participation • Royal Etiquette Lesson (7 min): A charming introduction to polite princess or prince behavior • Coronation Ceremony (10 min): The birthday child receives a tiara, sash, and certificate, officially crowned in front of their guests • Themed Craft (10–15 min): A guided, age-appropriate activity that’s both creative and calming • Magical Sing-Along (5 min): A favorite song from your character’s world, with little ones encouraged to sing along • Dance Party (5–7 min): A playful chance to twirl, jump, and laugh with their favorite character • Photo & Autograph Moments (5–7 min): Hugs, keepsake photos, and sweet signed memories • Happy Birthday Song (4 min): Leading the candle-lit celebration with warmth and wonder • Soft Exit (2 min): A gentle farewell, leaving behind joy and sparkle This package creates a full fairytale experience, all in the comfort of your home or party venue.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellations Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. Bookings may be canceled at any time. • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee availability for alternate dates. Late Bookings A $50 late booking fee applies to bookings made with fewer than 7 days’ notice. Timing & Access If a performer arrives late due to circumstances within Ever After Events’ control, they will still provide the full duration booked. If a performer is delayed due to client-related issues (late access, locked locations, venue delays), the booked time will still apply and cannot be extended or refunded. Travel & Service Area Travel is included in your package price for events within 65 miles or up to 1 hour of travel from Hull, MA. Events exceeding 65 miles or 1 hour of travel will incur: • $25 per hour per performer for extended travel time • $0.70 per mile round trip beyond the included service area Supervision & Conduct A responsible adult must remain present for the duration of the event. To ensure performer safety and costume integrity, physical contact with performers must be child-initiated and age-appropriate only (such as hugs, high-fives, or hand-holding). Performers may not be restrained, lifted, pulled, or touched inappropriately. Parents and guardians are welcome to participate in the experience while helping maintain a safe and respectful environment. Performers cannot lift children, provide childcare, or engage in physical activities beyond light, age-appropriate interaction. Health Considerations For the health and safety of all guests and staff, performers may modify interactions if a child is visibly ill. Safety Policy If a performer feels unsafe or encounters inappropriate behavior, they reserve the right to leave the event immediately. No refunds will be issued in these situations. Outdoor Events & Weather Outdoor bookings require a confirmed indoor backup plan. Ever After Events reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases,
