This is our most immersive birthday experience, designed for families who want everything. With 90 full minutes of magic, movement, creativity, and heartwarming memories, this package transforms your child’s party into a storybook celebration they’ll never forget. From a grand royal entrance to a personalized coronation, and hands-on activities to keep young guests enchanted throughout, every detail is thoughtfully crafted to make your child feel truly special. Perfect for little ones who dream big—this is magic, elevated. Your Chosen Fairytale Friend Will: • Grand Entrance (2 min): A majestic arrival in full costume and character • Interactive Story Time (10 min): A magical tale brought to life with character voices and joyful engagement • Royal Etiquette Lesson (7 min): Teaching young royals how to walk, speak, and behave with grace • Coronation Ceremony (10 min): The birthday child is crowned with a tiara, sash, and certificate in a sweet and memorable moment • Themed Craft (15–20 min): A creative activity tailored to the child’s age and party theme • Sing-Along (5 min): A well-loved melody from the character’s world, with everyone joining in • Dance Party (5–7 min): Joyful movement and twirls, bringing the magic to life • Photo & Autograph Time (10 min): Individual photos, group shots, and special autograph moments • Happy Birthday Song (5 min): Your character leads the birthday celebration at cake time • Choose One Extra Activity (10–15 min): — Nail Painting for a dainty, pampered touch — Temporary Tattoos for a playful, party-ready flair • Soft Exit (2 min): A graceful goodbye filled with hugs and well wishes This deluxe package is available across South Shore Boston to Cape Cod. Payment Details: The total for this package is $350. A 50% deposit of $175 is required to reserve your visit. The remaining balance, plus Massachusetts service tax (6.25%), totals $197.81, due prior to the event. Thank you for letting us bring the storybook to life for your little one!
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellations Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. Bookings may be canceled at any time. • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee availability for alternate dates. Late Bookings A $50 late booking fee applies to bookings made with fewer than 7 days’ notice. Timing & Access If a performer arrives late due to circumstances within Ever After Events’ control, they will still provide the full duration booked. If a performer is delayed due to client-related issues (late access, locked locations, venue delays), the booked time will still apply and cannot be extended or refunded. Travel & Service Area Travel is included in your package price for events within 65 miles or up to 1 hour of travel from Hull, MA. Events exceeding 65 miles or 1 hour of travel will incur: • $25 per hour per performer for extended travel time • $0.70 per mile round trip beyond the included service area Supervision & Conduct A responsible adult must remain present for the duration of the event. To ensure performer safety and costume integrity, physical contact with performers must be child-initiated and age-appropriate only (such as hugs, high-fives, or hand-holding). Performers may not be restrained, lifted, pulled, or touched inappropriately. Parents and guardians are welcome to participate in the experience while helping maintain a safe and respectful environment. Performers cannot lift children, provide childcare, or engage in physical activities beyond light, age-appropriate interaction. Health Considerations For the health and safety of all guests and staff, performers may modify interactions if a child is visibly ill. Safety Policy If a performer feels unsafe or encounters inappropriate behavior, they reserve the right to leave the event immediately. No refunds will be issued in these situations. Outdoor Events & Weather Outdoor bookings require a confirmed indoor backup plan. Ever After Events reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases,
