With extended time, upgraded activities, and immersive interaction, the Magic Package delivers everything your child could dream of—and more. It’s the perfect choice for families hosting larger parties or simply wanting the full royal treatment. Your Chosen Fairytale Friend Will: • Grand Entrance (2 min): A majestic, in-character arrival that sets the tone for the magic ahead • Interactive Story Time (10 min): A favorite tale brought to life with storytelling, voices, and imagination • Royal Etiquette Lesson (7 min): Teaching little ones the graceful ways of royalty • Coronation Ceremony (10 min): The birthday child is crowned with a tiara, sash, and certificate in front of guests • Themed Craft (15–20 min): A hands-on creative activity suited to the age group and party theme • Sing-Along (5 min): A heartwarming moment of music and magic • Dance Party (7–10 min): Playful dancing and joyful movement • Photo & Autograph Time (10–15 min): Plenty of time for sweet photos and keepsake signatures • Themed Party Games (15 min): Interactive and age-appropriate games led by your character • Happy Birthday Song (5 min): A candle-lit celebration led with warmth and charm • Choose Two Extra Activities (15–20 min): — Nail Painting — Face Gems & Rainbow Glitter Cheek Design — Temporary Tattoos • Soft Exit (2 min): A gentle, sparkling farewell This luxury package is available across South Shore Boston to Cape Cod and is ideal for children ages 5-9 who want to soak up every moment of their magical day. Payment Details: The total for this package is $500. A 50% deposit of $250 is required to reserve your visit. The remaining balance, plus Massachusetts service tax (6.25%), totals $281.25, due prior to the event. Thank you for allowing us to bring an entire fairytale to life for your family!
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellations Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. Bookings may be canceled at any time. • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee availability for alternate dates. Late Bookings A $50 late booking fee applies to bookings made with fewer than 7 days’ notice. Timing & Access If a performer arrives late due to circumstances within Ever After Events’ control, they will still provide the full duration booked. If a performer is delayed due to client-related issues (late access, locked locations, venue delays), the booked time will still apply and cannot be extended or refunded. Travel & Service Area Travel is included in your package price for events within 65 miles or up to 1 hour of travel from Hull, MA. Events exceeding 65 miles or 1 hour of travel will incur: • $25 per hour per performer for extended travel time • $0.70 per mile round trip beyond the included service area Supervision & Conduct A responsible adult must remain present for the duration of the event. To ensure performer safety and costume integrity, physical contact with performers must be child-initiated and age-appropriate only (such as hugs, high-fives, or hand-holding). Performers may not be restrained, lifted, pulled, or touched inappropriately. Parents and guardians are welcome to participate in the experience while helping maintain a safe and respectful environment. Performers cannot lift children, provide childcare, or engage in physical activities beyond light, age-appropriate interaction. Health Considerations For the health and safety of all guests and staff, performers may modify interactions if a child is visibly ill. Safety Policy If a performer feels unsafe or encounters inappropriate behavior, they reserve the right to leave the event immediately. No refunds will be issued in these situations. Outdoor Events & Weather Outdoor bookings require a confirmed indoor backup plan. Ever After Events reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases,
